• Maintain Professional Conduct: Treat other users, including job seekers, employers, and support staff, with respect and courtesy. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• No Discrimination: Jobreef prohibits discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other legally protected category.

Authenticity and Integrity

• Provide Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful and accurate information in all profiles, job listings, resumes, and communications. Misrepresentation of personal or business details is prohibited.
• Avoid Fraudulent Activity: Scams, fake job postings, impersonation, and other deceptive behaviors are strictly forbidden. Jobreef actively monitors for and removes fraudulent content.

Appropriate Use of Job Listings and Applications

• Job Postings: Employers must post only genuine job opportunities and accurately describe roles, qualifications, and expectations.
• Applications: Job seekers should only apply for positions they are genuinely interested in and qualified for, and should tailor applications to each opportunity.
• Communication: Messages between employers and job seekers should be relevant to the job listing or application and conducted in a professional tone.

Security and Privacy

• Protect Personal Information: Do not share sensitive personal data (e.g., social security numbers, financial information) over the platform. Jobreef will never ask for sensitive information outside of necessary profile details and job application fields.
• Report Suspicious Activity: Report any suspicious behavior or content that violates these guidelines by using our report function or contacting support.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Harassment and Abusive Content: Jobreef has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, or abusive content directed toward other users or groups.
• Spam and Unwanted Solicitations: Unsolicited messages, irrelevant job postings, and unauthorized advertisements are not permitted on Jobreef.
• Intellectual Property: Respect intellectual property rights. Do not upload, share, or distribute content that you do not have rights to use.
